Client Portal is an unique feature that will improve the way you collect data and share documents with your clients. This feature has an unique and friendly interface for data collection as well as a client dashboard that you can allow your clients to complete applications and share their documents.

Under the deal in Salestrekker you can simply press a button and this will allow sharing the application with your clients. They will receive an email link and a SMS code to login to the client portal and from there they will be able to enter their data, which will populate their applications avoiding any paper work for data collection. All the documents that you want to share or require from your client will be also listed and available under their dashboard

Client portal also gives you the ability to share notes with your contacts, you can personalise the questions for your customers and you can complete the already known questions reducing data entry questions to them. With client portal you are able to send and receive documents during the application process. It also has ability to put the application on "read only" mode once it is submitted. The goal with client portal is to ensure an easy data entry for your customers, to sync and be easy to check as the file owner and do all that being compliant during the whole application process
