Salestrekker Hires Heather Gallagher for New Head of Customer Success Role

SYDNEY, 14 October 2024 –Aspart of its strategic growth and the continued rollout of Salestrekker 2.0, Heather Gallagher be joining the company in the newly created Head of Customer Success role from November 4, 2024.
In this role, Heather will spearhead the implementation of Salestrekker 2.0’s customer success strategies, aiming to enhance onboarding and satisfaction for brokers, aggregators, and lenders. Her primary focus will be assisting these groups in leveraging the extensive capabilities of Salestrekker. As the Head of Customer Success, Heather will work closely with customers to foster engagement with Salestrekker 2.0’s innovations and identify opportunities for them to optimise their usage and achieve better performance outcomes with the platform.

Heather is finalising her role as the Head of Training and Education for outsource Financial, a key aggregator partner of Salestrekker. Before this, her career included roles at the Bank of Queensland and Westpac.
