Maintaining consistently high levels of productivity is always a challenge. Karlie recently reviewed how the long-term use of Salestrekker could be further enhanced to deliver on her high expectations for her national and international client base. With Christian Paterson of Auctus Coaching, plans were made for Salestrekker to adopt a more vital role for greater efficiency and productivity gains. New recommendations would also intuitively deliver greater automated processes for its clients and staff.

Armed with a list of recommendations, tips and tricks following a review with Auctus Coaching – Karlie and the team are setting themselves up for a highly focused future.
For Karlie, the approach started with the team structure. Seamless transitions and handoffs are critical and creating templates, accelerated workflows and benchmarks that effectively ‘locked down’ The Loans Suite service guarantee would better allocate activities to the right team member. Higher value-added activities were assigned to Karlie. At the same time, refined workflows ensured administration support team members maximised their administration duties.

Planning for future outcomes

Transparently allocating tasks in Salestrekker and setting up the dashboard for accountable workflows will give Karlie the confidence that others in the business can take care of the administration without so much of her hands-on involvement – freeing up more time for her to strategise the future.

"We now have a more sequenced documentation loading throughout an application process. We've also pinned compliance as a workflow to the top of everyone's screens in Salestrekker. This means it's always top of mind and up to date ahead of any auditing requirement," Karlie outlined.
Setting new goals
As The Loans Suite team plans for its future, it’s also setting new goals. Streamlining its residential lending portfolio under Karlie expanding from residential mortgages into a more focused asset and commercial finance future – better utilising decades of experience in the banking sector.
"We know that if we better utilise Salestrekker for CRM and marketing, we can incorporate higher levels of automation into our day and free up our time for value-added revenue streams."
