Zippy Financial Group keeps service personal as it grows

Keeping one broker’s standards across a growing team

Zippy Financial Group was established in 2015 after its founder, Louisa Sanghera, spent more than two decades in banking. She had seen how slow and impersonal the finance experience could feel and wanted to build something different: a brokerage known for fast responses, genuine care and close attention to every client.

That approach has helped Zippy become a multi-award-winning brokerage. Today Zippy has been recognised with 27 award wins, while Louisa was recognised as an Elite Women Broker in 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2026.

Growth has created a very specific challenge which Louisa never wanted to solve by bringing in more brokers. She remains the sole mortgage broker advising clients across client relationships, credit, processing and post-settlement.

For Louisa, the challenge is making sure every person supporting a client works to the same standard she has built her reputation on.

“Your reputation is everything, so amazing customer service will encourage your clients to recommend you to others. Your clients actually help you build your business. This is how I built Zippy.”

That means keeping communication consistent, making responsibilities clear and reducing the chance that something is forgotten when a deal moves from one person to another. It also means giving Louisa enough time to stay focused on clients rather than becoming the person who has to check every task herself.

Building Louisa’s service standards into every deal

Salestrekker has been part of Zippy’s way of working for years. Louisa’s commitment to it is unusually clear.

“I’ve always been Salestrekker’s biggest fan. In fact, it’s the exact reason I left my last aggregator – I refused to work without it.”

With Salestrekker 2.0, Zippy has built more of its everyday processes into one place. Automated workflows assign tasks as deals move through each stage. Checklists help the team see what needs to happen next. Templates support consistent emails and SMS updates.

For Louisa, those templates solve a very human problem. Some members of her offshore team speak English as a second language, yet clients should never feel as though communication is coming from different voices across the business. Zippy’s templates are written to sound like Louisa and give the team a clear standard to work from.

The same principle applies to client information. Clients can upload documents securely through the portal rather than sending sensitive information by email. Direct bank integrations reduce manual statement analysis, while built-in policy search and AI-assisted compliance notes help keep important lending and compliance work inside the same system.

“The tech genuinely has my back and lets me focus entirely on my clients and running my team and business smoothly.”

More time for clients, with less left to chance

For Zippy, the biggest result is time. Louisa estimates Salestrekker 2.0 is saving the business a day a week through automation, templates, bank statement analysis, task management and AI-assisted compliance notes.

That time can go back into advice, client conversations and writing more loans. Zippy has achieved regular consistent growth in loan volumes while Louisa has remained the sole broker providing advice.

“Salestrekker 2.0 Automation and its AI tools work together to reduce my admin time by at least 20% and I expect this to grow as we use more of the AI tools. The templates and automated triggers handle my daily tasks and client updates, and the built-in AI drafts my compliance notes in seconds.”

There is also greater confidence around consistency and security. Stage-based checklists make it harder for tasks to be missed. Centralised document collection reduces the amount of client information sitting in email inboxes. Clients can see progress through the portal, while the team can see what has happened and what still needs to be done.

Louisa also sees training as part of getting that value. Around eight months after moving onto Salestrekker 2.0, her whole team is still taking part in training and finding features or processes they can use better.

“The time spent on training as a team is nothing compared to the time we are saving daily by learning how to fully use the system. It’s a no-brainer to do it.”

For a brokerage built on personal service, that matters. Technology is helping Zippy add capacity without asking Louisa to step away from the part of the business she values most: advising clients and maintaining the standards that built the business in the first place.
